BAM’s Facilities Management business secures place on major Government services framework.

BAM FM has secured a place on a major services framework. BAM has been named as a Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Total Facilities Management, Hard FM and Soft FM supplier for the Facilities Management and Workplace Services framework RM6232. 

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

BAM FM secured places on six Lots, including:

  • Lot 1a Total FM with a value band of 0 - £1.5m based on Annual Contract Value
  • Lot 1b Total FM with a value band of over £1.5m - £10m based on Annual Contract Value
  • Lot 2a Hard FM with a value band of 0 - £1.5m based on Annual Contract Value
  • Lot 2b Hard FM with a value band of over £1.5m - £10m based on Annual Contract Value
  • Lot 3a Soft FM with a value band of 0 - £1m based on Annual Contract Value
  • Lot 3b Soft FM with a value band of over £1m - £7m based on Annual Contract Value.


The framework will be available to central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations. It is intended that it will be the recommended vehicle for all facilities management required by UK Central Government Departments.

CCS supports the public sector in achieving maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The framework is valued at up to £35bn and will run for four years and covers services such as workplace FM services, M&E maintenance, building fabric, cleaning and security.
