Our goals for 2020
We’re part of a great industry that can make a huge difference to the quality of people’s lives.
Our goal is to be a high performing design, services engineering, construction, property and facilities management business. We want to do that by working collaboratively and forming strong alliances with our clients and supply chain partners so that they want to work with us again and again.
At feedback interviews after each project, our customers consistently praise the quality of our people, the way we communicate, and the wider benefits we create for the communities where we work.
Along with nine other operating companies in Royal BAM Group, we are pursuing a strategy between now and 2020 known as ‘Building the present, creating the future’. It’s all about doing things better, doing better things and doing new things. Being leaders in innovation and digital construction are key to implementing the strategy. Operating responsibly and sustainably are core components of the way we work and our goal is to have a net positive impact on society by 2020.
