Our People

Karen Davenport’s role as New Business Director for BAM involves developing and delivering integrated services to clients, 
and managing our relationships on procurement frameworks.

Karen joined us in September 2018 as Framework Director having performed similar roles elsewhere. She is passionate about operating a flexible and customer focused approach to clients and being responsive to changing customer needs.
Her professional career includes an extensive track record in developing new work, managing frameworks, projects and major Public Private Partnership Projects. Karen has an MSc in Construction Project Management and an MBA in General Management.

To unwind, Karen tries to get in at least one stress-busting run per week with her team in Leeds, having been a member of running clubs in the past.

Our multidisciplinary collaborative teams allow us to take modern and inventive approaches to construction management. We can add value to customers through developing a scheme from its inception right through construction and into managing operations.”
