Pupils of St Andrew’s RC Secondary School in Glasgow’s East End have been involved in a community investment project, delivered as part of the £60m investment in the new North East Hub Health and Care Centre for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.
The project is being delivered by NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde’s development partner hub West Scotland who have a passion for ensuring that every project they deliver has a local impact. They tailor their Community Investment strategy, to suit the client’s requirements, create bespoke education programmes and provide employment opportunities which are directed to local people and local businesses.
Hub West Scotland, BAM Construction, Skills Development Scotland, and the North East Hub design team, designed a bespoke Education Programme to support students enrolled in the Level 4 Foundation Apprenticeship Course at Glasgow Kelvin College.
