BAM has been delivering Facilities Management (FM) services to customers throughout the UK for almost 20 years. We directly employ over 900 staff across the UK, delivering bespoke support services to our customers in the education, healthcare, retail and commercial sectors.

Successful FM starts with an in-depth understanding of your premises, your buildings’ users, your needs and your budget. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all and in order for us to deliver services that meet your expectations we will tailor our offering to suit you.

Our friendly, local helpdesk teams provide a single point of contact to resolve issues quickly and effectively. We consider ourselves as part of your team and we listen to your needs so that we can make sure that we deliver exactly what you need.

We go the extra mile, advising our customers on facility-related legislative issues, evaluation and benchmarking. We operate an open-book policy, which gives our customers peace of mind that they are receiving a responsive service at competitive prices.

BAM Energy:

BAM Energy promotes energy efficiency and energy generation from renewable sources. This includes designing, installing, operating and financing of demand reduction and renewable energy systems for new and existing buildings. Our energy procurement and utilities management solutions are not tied to any provider of products or systems. Instead we identify the best and most effective options for each customer’s specific circumstances.

BAM Energy

Mechanical and electrical services/asset management:

Our experienced teams deliver multi-service contracts supported by a network of service-specific qualified contract managers and supervisors.

BIM4FM

Statutory compliance/health and safety:

Our robust systems and processes are based around sharing best practice, backed up by a fully integrated computer-aided FM (CAFM) system.

Helpdesk:

Our CAFM allows us to manage planned and reactive tasks, and prioritise calls to match each customer’s specific requirements. We can provide live progress updates and instant feedback on contract-specific SLAs or KPIS, and customise the data we collect to give you relevant and usable business intelligence.

Minor works and project management:

We can carry out minor works and capital projects – including mechanical, electrical and building fabric works – either through existing maintenance or service contracts, or as standalone projects.

Caretaking:

We directly employ fully trained caretaking and premises staff at many of our contract premises, as well as mobile handyman and visiting caretaker services for sites that may not need someone full time.

Cleaning:

We provide both routine and responsive cleaning services.

FM Cleaning

Catering:

Our teams serve over 12,000 meals a day to schools, colleges and commercial locations including offices and leisure facilities.

Grounds maintenance and landscaping:

Including sports pitches, hard and soft landscaped areas, and external lighting.

Security and key holding:

Including remote monitoring of intruder, fire and lift alarms, emergency call-outs, SIA-approved security staffing and DBS checking.

Leisure and third-party usage management:

We manage everything from administration, marketing, reception and bookings and to maintenance, catering and cleaning for many community and leisure facilities.
