Dean is responsible for shaping and delivering the business’s commercial strategy across BAM UK & Ireland.
Having held a number of senior leadership roles across BAM, including UK Commercial Director for Construction and Interim Regional Director for the Northern, Midlands and London regions, Dean is recognised for his strong commercial expertise and commitment to developing high-performing teams.
