BAM has been reappointed to the Procure Partnerships North West Framework, securing positions across the highest-value construction and infrastructure lots, in a deal expected to deliver more than £1bn of public sector projects over the next four years.
The refreshed framework, which runs from April 2026 to March 2030, supports public sector organisations across the region and covers construction, infrastructure and demolition works. The largest opportunities sit within the upper construction and civils tiers, with £185m allocated to major building projects and £120m to large-scale infrastructure schemes.
BAM has secured places on all the lots it tendered for, including:

This appointment builds on BAM’s long-standing position on the framework, having first joined in 2018.
