What we do
BAM constructs, refurbishes, extends and repurposes buildings from our network of offices across the UK and Ireland. Our expertise and experience cover all the key sectors of the economy: from education and health to commercial and cultural projects, from the iconic to the functional.

A large proportion of what we do is delivered through leading central and local government frameworks. We manage our frameworks centrally through a dedicated team, but deliver locally, working closely with our clients, stakeholders and local communities to meet their specific needs.
It’s a win-win approach. Our clients can focus on what’s best for them and their stakeholders, instead of spending time and money on long and complex procurement processes.
