BAM Construction London has handed over 8 Salisbury Square, formerly KPMG’s headquarters, after extensive remodelling under an original design by T P Bennett architects.
Greycoat Properties’ £45.5 million scheme has added 30% to the net lettable area.
The 156 000 sq ft grade A office space has a double-height ground floor reception hall with bespoke seating, feature lighting, timber and bronze effect modern reception desk, and fine porcelain stoneware flooring. The bespoke stone cladding units incorporate new windows.
