BAM Properties is to redevelop a prominent city centre site at 110 Queen St. Formerly a major bank branch and cash centre, this 50,000sq.ft building was vacated some time ago and was sold with the benefit of a planning consent for major redevelopment.
BAM Properties plans to reappraise the plans for the site with a view to developing a landmark office led building with a significant retail element.
