Our place within a major contracting organisation gives us a greater understanding of cost and practical construction issues. This is reflected in our ‘design–to–build’ approach and ensures that every project can be delivered within budget and to program. BAM Design works primarily with the BAM Group of companies but also provides services to external clients on a design-only basis. Regardless of the procurement form, we strive for excellence at every stage of the design process.
