BAM ranked best contractor in Best 100 Companies to work for

BAM Construct UK has become the leading contractor on the 100 Best Companies to Work For. (Published yesterday in the Sunday Times.)

BAM appears alongside such brands as Virgin and First Direct. Its 80^th place ranking was determined by the results of a survey of a randomly selected sample of half its employees.

‘Staff think the firm makes a real difference to the world and are proud to work here’, adds the Best Companies’ assessment of the company. It adds that ‘81% of employees think it is doing enough to protect the environment (a result bettered by just five other companies on the list)’

Graham Cash, BAM’s Chief Executive, said: ‘the quality of our people determines the quality that BAM delivers. In short, great people make great buildings. It’s good to know that our employees think BAM does business responsibly and is a good place to work, especially in the current market challenges.’
