BAM ranked one of UK's greenest companies

BAM Construct UK has entered the UK’s 60 Greenest Companies at its first attempt.

BAM Construct UK has entered the UK’s 60 Greenest Companies at its first attempt. The company was ranked 25th in the list published by the Sunday Times. Sister company BAM Nuttall was ranked 50th.

Environmental manager at BAM Construct UK Charlie Law, said, ‘It is an excellent achievement for a company to feature so strongly at its first attempt, especially one of our size and impact on the environment. Our environmental performance continues to improve daily, by cutting carbon emissions, reducing waste and using energy more efficiently. Being a responsible company takes time and it takes effort but the results are becoming measurable and visible and are an indication of our future intentions.’
