You will follow a structured development programme which combines management and technical skills with personal development. Full support is provided throughout by our Learning and Development team, as well as by line managers, supervisors, and external assessors. This will lead to a professional qualification, typically with CIOB and RICS.

We're looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who are either studying for or planning to study for a construction–related qualification. We also consider graduates from a non– cognate background with transferable skills.

We usually conduct a two stage interview process, following an initial telephone screening exercise. You will get the chance to meet operational line managers as part of the selection process.

For all face–to–face interviews, business dress is suitable.

For both our graduate and trainee programmes, we can only consider applications from those who are eligible to live and work in the UK. Dependent on your job role you will be either site or office based. In the majority of cases, you will be located in the region you live in. However, exact locations for periods of work placements will be dependent on project availability and could be based in any of our operating regions.
