Day-release trainee scheme

For those who want the best of both worlds working and studying, BAM operates day-release schemes with educational institutions throughout the UK.

To become a trainee with BAM, you should be a recent school / college leaver with good GCSE, A level, Standard, Higher grade passes or an equivalent vocational qualification. You'll take part in a structured training programme while continuing your academic course on a day-release basis.

During the course of your development programme, you will gain experience in different disciplines for flexible periods of time to broaden your construction knowledge.

We'll pay your fees!

BAM will pay all your course tuition and examination fees.

This is an increasingly popular entry route into BAM. Earn while you learn sounds like an overused cliché but it's the essence of our day-release schemes. It enables you to develop practical experience, gain an academic qualification, potentially leading to professional status in the discipline of your choice and it protects you from some of the financial pitfalls of full-time further education.

Many of our senior managers and directors have graduated through our day-release scheme. This is testament to the standard of learning and development within the programme and importantly the recognition it receives from within our business.
