Health safety and wellbeingBAM continues to improve its health and safety performance year on year and we're working hard to safeguard everyone involved in the construction process. The general health and wellbeing of our employees is also very important to us and we've implemented a range of measures to encourage positive lifestyles.

Our programme of pre–employment health screening and ongoing medical checks has been instrumental in improving general health and reducing work-related illness.
